Road and jersey barriers, wheel stoppers, precast manholes and chambers, T-walls, box culverts, hoarding blocks, paving slabs and C/U channel units — the precast concrete range a UAE site actually orders. Standard sizes come off the shelf; anything else is cast to your drawing.
Do you supply precast manholes and chambers?
Yes — precast manholes, inspection and utility chambers, catch basins and stormwater chambers, cast in C35/45 to C40/50 with top access, side knockouts and pipe or duct openings set out on your drawing. Manhole covers are matched to the duty the authority specifies and supplied with the chamber.
Do you supply precast boundary walls?
Yes. Precast boundary and site hoarding walls are built from hoarding blocks — 1000 × 500 × 500 mm at 600 kg or 1000 kg, with 48 mm and 60 mm post holes — set out to the Dubai Municipality hoarding requirement. Fence bases take the lighter mesh and panel runs.
What size is a standard jersey barrier?
The standard concrete barrier is the K-rail profile at 810 mm high, supplied in 1 m, 2 m and 3 m lengths at roughly 1,600 kg and 2,400 kg. Single-sided, double-sided, new and refurbished are all available — every dimension is on the jersey barrier page.
Jersey barrier, K-rail or F-type?
They are profiles of the same unit. A jersey barrier is shaped to deflect a vehicle back into its lane rather than stop it dead; K-rail is the profile you see on most UAE roads, F-type carries a slightly different lower face, and interlocking units pin together for temporary diversions. Tell us the road speed and we will tell you which one the RTA specification wants.
What size are concrete wheel stoppers?
Standard concrete wheel stoppers are 1.8 m and 2.0 m long, 100 mm or 120 mm high, fixed down with two rebar spikes or bolts and finished yellow and black. They are cast to the Trakhees and Dubai Municipality car park requirement, so they pass handover inspection.
What is a precast T-wall used for?
T-walls are free-standing protective and security walls — site perimeters, blast and vehicle standoff, camp and compound boundaries. The standard unit is 2,400 mm high at about 5,800 kg in 50 MPa concrete and stands on its own foot, so there is no foundation to pour. Taller walls are cast to drawing.
Do you supply precast in Dubai and Abu Dhabi?
Yes. Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah are the bulk of what we move, and we deliver precast concrete to all seven emirates plus Al Ain and the Western Region. On long programmes we call the units off in batches so the site is not storing precast it cannot place yet.
Are your products RTA and Municipality approved?
Yes. Units are supplied from plants working to RTA Standard Specification and Dubai Municipality requirements, and the mix design, DCL (Dubai Central Laboratory) cube results and ISO 9001 test data are handed over with the delivery. Name the authority on your project and we confirm the matching specification before you order.
How much does a concrete barrier cost?
Barrier pricing moves with the length, the profile, new or refurbished, the quantity and the emirate, so it is quoted rather than listed — you get one delivered rate covering unit, haulage and offload, usually back the same working day. No minimum on stock items, though below a full load a delivery charge applies; new accounts start on pro forma and credit terms open on approval.
