You take enquiries as they land — a drawing on WhatsApp, a schedule by email, a contractor on the phone who needs barriers by Thursday — and you turn them into a delivered price the same day. You own the job through to the offload.
We are looking for someone who has priced construction materials before and can read a drawing well enough to spot when a client has specified the wrong unit. Precast experience is ideal; the ability to give a straight answer is essential.
- 3+ years estimating construction materials in the UAE
- Comfortable reading structural and drainage drawings
- Arabic and English
- UAE driving licence
Yard Supervisor Sharjah · Full time
You run the Saj'ah yard: loading sequence, stock counts, unit condition and the safety of every lift that leaves the gate. When a trailer is late or a unit is chipped, you are the one who decides what happens next.
The yard holds drainage and heavy sections, so you will be planning lifts up to twelve tonnes and keeping a stock picture accurate enough that the estimators can promise a date.
- 5+ years in a precast or heavy materials yard
- Lifting supervision certification
- Confident with stock systems and load planning
- Hindi or Urdu alongside English is a real advantage
QC Technician Abu Dhabi · Full time
Cube sampling, dimensional checks, finish inspection and the certificate trail that goes with every batch. You are the reason a consultant signs off first time, and the person who stops a substandard unit reaching a client.
- Diploma or degree in civil engineering or materials
- Familiar with DCL submissions and cube testing
- Meticulous with records — this job is the paperwork
Procurement Coordinator Dubai · Full time
You keep the casting partners honest on price and date. Placing orders, chasing moulds, confirming certificates before a load is released, and giving the estimators an early warning when a plant is slipping.
- 2+ years buying or coordinating construction supply
- Persistent on the phone without being difficult
