The workhorse of every road diversion, site perimeter and car park in the country. We hold 1 m, 2 m and 3 m K-rail and F-type units in stock across three yards, so a same-week diversion is a phone call rather than a casting programme. Units come with cast-in lifting anchors and matched connecting pins.

Standard RTA profile for lane separation and diversions. Pin-connected.
Deeper toe for higher containment on dual carriageways and hard shoulders.
One-face batter where a barrier sits against a kerb line or wall.
Low 500 mm unit for footpath and event perimeter control.
Lifting
Two cast-in anchors per unit, rated 2× self weight. 3 m units need a 2-point spreader beam.
Offloading
Hiab or 5-tonne forklift on site. We schedule a crane truck if you have no plant.
Setting out
Pin-connected end to end. Allow 20 mm per joint on a curve.

Every delivery note carries the batch reference, and the test certificates follow within the week — no chasing before a consultant inspection.
