Chambers, rings, cover slabs and JRC-12 frames as one delivery.
A manhole is five items from four suppliers on most jobs. We ship the chamber, the rings, the cover slab, the step irons and the frame and cover together, benched and ready, with the DCL paperwork attached to the delivery note.
What we hold and what we cast
Outside this list, send the drawing — non-standard sizes are cast to order and the mould cost is usually absorbed above a modest quantity. How custom sizes work →
Rubber-ring jointed for foul and groundwater conditions.
Shallow 600 mm unit for surface water runs.
Channel and benching cast in to your invert levels.
JRC-12 ductile iron, D400 or B125, hinged on request.
Lifting
Three cast-in lifting sockets per section. Chain sling only.
Bedding
Compacted granular base, 150 mm minimum. Level before the first ring.
Jointing
Rubber ring and lubricant supplied. Do not use mortar on sealed units.
Paperwork with the pour, not after it
Every delivery note carries the batch reference, and the test certificates follow within the week — no chasing before a consultant inspection.

Give us the quantity and the emirate and you will have a delivered rate, usually the same working day. If you have a drawing, send it and skip the description.
