What we do with your details
We are a precast supplier, not an advertising business. We collect what we need to price a job, deliver it and keep the records a construction supply chain has to keep — and nothing beyond that. No lists are sold, and there is no account to create before you can ask us for a price.
What we collect
The details you give us with an enquiry: your name, company, work email and phone number, the site, and whatever you send about the job — a drawing, a schedule, a photograph. If you order, we also hold the delivery address, site contact and the invoicing details your finance team gives us.
We do not ask for personal identification documents to quote, and we do not collect anything about you beyond your working role.
Why we hold it
To price the enquiry, place the order with a casting plant, schedule the delivery, invoice it, and answer a query about it afterwards. Batch and delivery records also sit behind the certificates described in approvals and documentation, which we may need to produce years later if a unit is questioned.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not turn into orders are kept for two years, so that a re-quote does not start from nothing. Order, delivery and invoice records are kept for the period UAE tax and commercial law requires, and batch documentation for as long as the units are likely to be in service.
This website
The site runs on standard hosting, which keeps server logs of page requests for security and troubleshooting. We use basic analytics to see which product pages are being read; it tells us that chambers were looked at four hundred times last month, not who looked at them.
Nothing on the site needs a login, and we do not run advertising or tracking pixels for third parties. If you contact us by WhatsApp, that conversation also sits with WhatsApp under their own terms.
Job applications
A CV sent through careers is seen by the hiring manager and the yard or office lead for that role. Unsuccessful applications are kept for twelve months in case something closer comes up, and deleted after that on request or at the end of the period.
Your choices
Ask us what we hold about you, have it corrected, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it — one email does it, and we come back inside thirty days. UAE personal data law gives you these rights and we do not make you argue for them.
