Guard posts, gatehouses, pump and generator enclosures. Cast as one piece up to 3 × 3 m with the door, window, vents and conduit already in, so it is a lift and a connection rather than a build.

Single occupant, glazed on two or three faces.
Two occupants with a counter and a document hatch.
Louvred and acoustically lined for pumps or gensets.
Thickened walls and laminated glazing to a stated standard.
Lifting
Four cast-in anchors. Certified lift plan supplied with the unit.
Base prep
Level slab or compacted base. Units over 8 t need a designed pad.
Connection
Conduit and drain stubs left proud for site connection.
Paperwork with the pour, not after it
Every delivery note carries the batch reference, and the test certificates follow within the week — no chasing before a consultant inspection.
Price for bunkers
Give us the quantity and the emirate and you will have a delivered rate, usually the same working day. If you have a drawing, send it and skip the description.
